Let me guess, several or all of the people occupying those folding chairs had mobiles in their hands. Personally, I can't fathom the logic of wasting time and petrol to travel any distance whatsoever to set up folding chairs in a car park facing AWAY from a gorgeous, inspiring sight like the Godrevy Lighthouse. Might as well just stay home and set up those folding chairs in the back garden!

I am baffled to hear that folk sat in their chairs facing the wrong direction. Your scenery is similar to some spots here in Nova Scotia. Rugged and beautiful. Isn't exploring grand !

This made me smile - so true. Most people don't go more than a couple of hundred yards from their cars, leaving all that wonderful space for us!
